A 10 minute walk to the beach, esplanade, restaurants and bars. The esplanade has many shops and tour offices where trips to nearby Port Douglas / Mossman Gorge / Daintree and Cape Tribulation can be arranged. Villa Koh Lanta is close to the convenience store, bottle shop and tavern (4 minutes walk). Local buses and taxis with regular services to Cairns and other beach resorts are all closeby.

Great Barrier Reef trips leave from the Cairns and Port Douglas. All tour companies have transfers from your accommodation.For the golf lovers - Paradise Palms Country Golf Club at Kewarra Beach is only 5km drive.
