Malibu Beach House is located on Terebra Street. A very quiet, prestigious and residential neighbourhood, only 800 metres from the beachfront and Coral Sea. A 10 minute walk to the beach, esplanade, restaurants and bars. The esplanade has many shops and tour offices where trips to nearby Port Douglas / Mossman Gorge / Daintree and Cape Tribulation can be arranged. Malibu Beach House is close to the convenience store, bottle shop and tavern (4 minutes walk). Local buses and taxis with regular services to Cairns and other beach resorts are all closeby.

Catamaran trips to the Great Barrier Reef leave from the jetty which is 10 minutes walk from Malibu Beach House. The holiday home is very close (5km) to the Paradise Palms golf course at Kewarra Beach.
