Blue Cowrie is your tropical haven, in an exclusive, residential resort community which is host also to the Palm Cove Country Club and Novotel Rockford resort. The associated complimentary Gold Card membership provides free access to the lap pool, sauna, gym, squash and tennis court hire. In addition, discounts are available for green fees, country club merchandise and the Novotel Rockford poolside restaurants, including the award winning Spice Market now located on the Esplanade in Palm Cove village. Blue Cowrie is just a 10 minute stroll through the prestigious Oceans Edge boardwalk to the pristine sands of Palm Cove beach.
Located on the third floor, this three-bedroom apartment offers stunning 180 degree views of the surrounding tropical gardens and huge resort style swimming pool below.
Air-conditioned throughout, the screened doors, including a security front door, provide the option of cool comfort, or natural, tropical living in the flowing balmy breezes.
Wrap around balconies with glass doors ensure the panoramic vista is maximized from each space within Blue Cowrie; with sliding, screened doors providing access to the outdoor seating and deck chairs. Open plan living allows you to enjoy the views from the lounge and dining and the separate kitchen has louvered, servery access to the dining table and is fully equipped with a microwave, hobs, oven, dishwasher and fridge.
The master bedroom is a self contained suite comprising ensuite, complete with shower and toilet, its own television and direct, sliding door access to the wrap around balcony.
Located in the Coral Coast Resort’s Spindle building, Blue Cowrie is surrounding by landscaped tropical gardens, featuring luxurious tree ferns, foxtail palms and the Pink Evodia, which is a favourite with the famous, electric blue Ulysses butterflies who are frequent visitors to this tropical haven.
